  11. BlitzCopy is a Shareware program in compliance with the requirements of the
  12. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP). It is therefore a complete
  13. program without crippling of any kind.
  14.  
  15. There are no "Time-Loops" or any other registration "gimmicks" built into
  16. the Program, and the shareware Version has complete functionality.
  17.  
  18. Please test BlitzCopy for 30 days completely.  You may also make copies of
  19. the complete, unchanged, and unregistered program to give away.
  20.  
  21. If you should decide within that time frame that BlitzCopy has a value of
  22. $39 and you wish to use the software further, we ask you to Please Register
  23. your copy.

  25. When you register, you will receive a serial numbered diskette containing
  26. the registered version.  This version will no longer have the "Please
  27. Register" screen when starting the program. (Also you will no longer wake up 
  28. in a cold sweat in the middle of the night from your bad conscience.)  You 
  29. will also receive (pending availability) news of new program versions, and
  30. the possibility to buy inexpensive updates.

  32. If necessary, we are naturally overjoyed to hear from you (also as an
  33. unregistered user.) This form can also be printed by selecting "R" when
  34. starting BlitzCopy.

  39. Now that we've discussed registration, it's time to get rid of the "small
  40. print."  It's the same as you've read in the last hundred ASP shareware
  41. programs, but you can get it - like everything else - here, too.

  43. With BlitzCopy you recieve no guarantee, expressed or implied, including,
  44. but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for any express purpose.

  46. We also accept no responsibility for the usefulness of this program or it's
  47. sale price.

  49. We accept under absolutely no set of circumstances the liability for lost
  50. time and wages or lost profit that result from use or uselessness of this
  51. program or it's documentation.  This is also true if the author and/or
  52. distributor are informed of possible damages.

  69. 3527.  The price also reflects a Compuserve fee, and should only be used for
  70. single copies.  (Compuserve does not provide us a way to give volume
  71. discounts.)

  74. over Compuserve at address 100022,1400 and we will deliver directly
  75. over Compuserve.  You will then recieve the accessory program BDIR (to
  76. view the contents of the buffer files) and an installation program.  We
  77. will save your Compuserve address number, and inform you over Compuserve
  78. of any updates that are available.
